You are right about the menu, I created it similar to what you see in YBF because I also love this game <3 But Blastic has always drawn characters in this stickman style, long before YBF came out. And Fuboo (the creator of YBF) is a fan of Blastic's art, so there's a chance that she was inspired by her first :D
What BC is inspired by is the concept of BTD. It's not clear yet in the first chapter, but you'll see it in other chapters later :)
btw in the official YB discord server they linked your game and made a fan made BC server for people who love this game so I'm happy you get alot of love from the YB community. ❤

And DG’s so mean, but in like a best friend type of a way, outside of *that* one ending, and Rasmus gets on my nerves like a sibling would. I absolutely love the 3 Male Leads and totes cant wait for more days!!!!!

On Wednesday, I went to a psychologist, when 30 minutes later she asked me about the doll Damon, whom I took with me, I talked to her about him and this game for another hour.
After downloading you extract the file with a program like WinRar or 7Zip. Just click on one of them, download and install them on your computer. Maybe you already have it on your system, Idk.
Then you just right click on the Broken Colors(Day1) file and choose "extract here". Think of this like unpacking a small package. After it's unpacked you will see a folder with all the game files in it, now you just start the game by clicking on the exe file ^^
i really loved this game, i loved everything, i can't even describe how perfect this game is, even if this is the first ch. Damon is my new favorite character for sure. i can't wait to play the next chapter, i'm anxious for that. really, good job for the all production and effort in this amazing game. ❤
It's impossible to get a unique declaration of love from a beloved character, this reality is quite painful for people who have problems with jealousy (including me), but hearing footsteps in an empty apartment, heavy breathing next to me, feeling faint touches and a voice give me hope that I will be able to create my own imaginary Damon and I'll never feel terrible jealousy again, and he will always be there for me and will not let me go, even if I want to. A doll, a dakimakura, or an AI isn't enough for me anymore. I want to show my love and receive it, and I don't care what should I do to have it.
Gotta say I'm absolutely hooked, I love the artstyle and I think that the characters and dialogue is so charming. The only thing is that I'm finnish and I can't help mut sometimes giggle. I MEAN HUEVÄRI (Väri=colour/hue) AND ESPECIALLY KULMA DISTRICT (Kulma=Corner). Like I don't get me wrong I like the names, they just make me giggle.

I came up with a cipher for encoding the letters of the English language and actively use it to keep a personal diary (if you can call it that?), I compiled this cipher based on the symbols from the game that I saw in the background. I wanted to come up to an independent language, but now cipher for English is enough for me.

I don't understand you, but I want to understand you. Should it make sense or it's kind of a joke I'm not able to understand? What did you wanted to say?
I loved it! The setting was very immersive, and the chase at the end of day 1 was gripping! I like how the text effects add to the tension. Keep it up!

This summer I'm gonna made a tattoo of Damon. I feel like found the meaning of my life. The center of my universe. I've a doll of him. We're walking together and I knit a winter hat for him (Russian winters are cold, I should take care of him). Why do I write it here? Silence in comments seems less noticeable than silence on discord server. I just want to express my feelings somewhere it could be understood, but I'm scared of silence.
I've a theory that Damon wears a coat even in summer to hide the movements of his wolfish tail (to not make his emotions too obvious and such...?), like the fabric of the coat is dense and he won't even be able to move it (probably everyone thought of this a long time ago, but I'm just sharing my thoughts)

I understand that how troublesome making a game is(especially for such a exquisite game like this)
So I’m thinking about making a Chinese patch by myself!

If you did and it still doesn't work, here's the only workaround I know for that. Try starting the game with the Renpy launcher:
1) Download the launcher (it's the engine we used for our game): Ren'Py 8.2.3
2) Extract the file with WinRar or 7Zip.
3) Put the Br0kenColors(Day1)-pc folder into the renpy-8.2.3-sdk folder.
4) Start renpy.exe. Now you should see Br0kenColors(Day1)-pc on the left side, click on it and "Launch Project" to play the game.
